Description of Octylsilyl Silica Gel Low pH Column

The C8 low pH HPLC column is a low pH octylsilyl silica gel HPLC column, which is particularly suitable for the separation of polarisations from very low to moderate pH. The pH range (0.5-8.0) is used.

The low pH C8 uses a special surface treatment and a stationary phase construction process. It is protected from hydrolysis at low pH and does not seal at the same time. It avoids the problem of changing the selectivity of C8 due to the easy hydrolysis of the capping reagent under acidic conditions, which makes it have excellent separation performance and stability under acidic mobile phase conditions.
